This is one of the recipes I demonstrated at Lee Kum Kee's Cooking With The Masters. Sautéed Tofu and Eggplant (Tokwa't Talong). If it's not to your liking, hey, at least it's healthy. Well, the people at the demo loved it. Sarap na sarap sila.

ReplyDeleteMas healthy sana kung walang pork. My brother Joey makes a lot of tofu dishes without meat and I love eating at their place.
ReplyDeleteYou can remove the pork if you want to or use lean ground pork or even turkey. You must admit though that it tastes a lot better with ground pork.
