Cooking It Up With Nora, Cooking With The Dazas & Cooking With Sandy, Manila, Philippines - 1987 to 2002
The first Filipino cooking show was first launched by mother, veteran gourmet and the “Julia Child” of the Philippines Nora Daza in 1957. The show was a resounding success due to it’s large and consistent fan base. In the late 80’s Sandy joined her as a co-host and the show was then renamed Cooking With The Dazas. After Nora left for Paris to put up a Philippine restaurant with her daughter Stella, Sandy took full control of the cooking show as host and then renamed the show Cooking With Sandy.

The program was a Filipino homemakers’ cooking and kitchen partner since 1984. Short for Kitchen Economics, Kitchenomics provided housewives with budget-friendly recipes that are easy-to-do, delicious and nutritious.
