Two people from the audience will be randomly called to do a hands-on demonstration alongside me. And they get to take home what they've cooked. This is one time where the saying "Too many chefs spoil the broth." does not apply.
What's cooking? Chili Binagoongan, Crispy Chicken in Hoisin Sauce and of course, Sandy's Fried Rice with XO sauce (My favorite LKK sauce.)
