Maraming salamat to all who came to my cooking demonstration last Sunday at Market! Market! It was a pleasure  meeting all of you! 

Market! Market! demo this Sunday!

I will be at Market! Market! Mall, Global City, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City this Sunday the 25th to do a cooking demonstration with long time friend Lee Kum Kee. The demos will be held twice, one at 1pm ~ 2:30pm and another at 5:00pm ~ 6:30pm.

Two people from the audience will be randomly called to do a hands-on demonstration alongside me. And they get to take home what they've cooked. This is one time where the saying "Too many chefs spoil the broth." does not apply.

What's cooking? Chili Binagoongan, Crispy Chicken in Hoisin Sauce and of course, Sandy's Fried Rice with XO sauce (My favorite LKK sauce.)

I hope to see you there. Get to know the Lee Kum Kee products at the booths. There are many delicious sauces to sample and there are freebies too.
